If I don't think, all will be well, all is well. But as soon as I start analyzing my own mind, reading things into my moods, then everything just falls apart. I am getting to know myself better all the time. But it's a slow journey, one I don't even know if I wish to do. There is so much up there in my head. So much I do not comprehend or grasp, and things I'm not even aware of. I guess it is logical though, since they say you only use a few percent of your brain, at least consciously. It comes clear then, the lack of possibility to comprehend anything larger and more complex than the part of my mind I own. I've learned something speakable though, don't hide too much away. Don't let anything haunt you around your mind, but fight it. Or just speak with it. What's most important is to have at least control over your outward opinions and those closest to the surface of one's mind. After some sort of control is achieved, get a shovel and dig the dirt in your head. Because there's always dirt, hidden away. Make it a part of you, suppress it, but learn to have it as a part of your main self instead of in the closet.
And I just realized that no one will actually read and understand this. It's a shame, really. |
