| The voices in my head. They wake me by showing me stuff I want to see, but which I cannot. They continue by crushing my face against the image of something I have tried to forget for a long time and which memory I wish to never encounter again. The voices continue by forcing my mind into strange twists and turns whenever it focuses on reality. The voices seldom speak, and when they do, only as faint images and sounds in the regions farthest away from reality in my head. Images and sounds float around and sometimes forces me to see them. The voices also ruins my daydreams: I see (feel) myself floating nicely down a snow-covered slope on my snowbird while a cool tune dances in the air. Then the voices begin to take part in the dream, first only by tipping me over once or twice, but then by repeatedly, with brutal force, kicking me all the way down the endless slope. Or sometimes I'm forced to do the same turn, over and over, and always getting thrown into the ground. Maybe I wish I could kill the voices, or at least have some control, that I want, bad. |
